Little Pink Hen

Martine is a hand weaver and spinner trading as Little Pink Hen who uses a traditional spinning wheel and loom to create unique textiles.  Her work is inspired by a love of colour, pattern, and the natural world resulting in original fabrics and yarns.  Martine will also be demonstrating techniques.

Pipers Silks

Pipers Silks was first established by Jack Piper, a silk throwster of unmatched expertise. His legacy lives on, as today the business is overseen by his daughter, Susan Peck, who herself worked alongside her Father in the silk industry. In 2017, Susan's daughter, Chloe Bellotti, joined Pipers Silks, taking up the reins of the silk winding.

Pipers Silks is a small business based in Suffolk, the UK's major silk production area.
